How early can I check-in?
Check-in time is 4 pm daily; early check-ins are provided based upon availability. Please notify us in advance if you would like early check in and we will do our best to try to accommodate you. Please remember that late check outs and early check ins are entirely dependent on what is available the night before and or what must be available the day of.
How late can I check-out?
Our check out time is 11am; late check outs are provided based upon availability.
What about parking?
We have gated on-site parking in the lot attached to the hotel available for $12 nightly. Room keys will give you access in and out of the lot, there is a drop box for your keys to be placed upon departure.
What are the operating hours of the bar?
The Bar at Bix Bistro opens daily at 7 am.
Sunday-Thursday: Full menu offered until 9 pm, drinks/cocktails until 10 pm
Friday/Saturday: Full menu offered until 10 pm, drinks/cocktails until 11 pm.
Blackhawk Bowl & Martini Lounge is available for the late-night owls!
What are the hours of the pool?
We regret to inform our guests that the pool and whirlpool are currently being serviced and are out of order.
Pool and whirlpool are open 7 am-11 pm daily.
What are the bowling alley hours? How do I reserve a lane?

Hours: Tuesday-Thursday: 6 pm-12 am. Friday/Saturday: 4 pm-1 am. Sunday/Monday: Closed

How can I buy a gift card, and are the gift cards redeemable everywhere in the hotel?
Gift cards can be purchased in person at The Front Desk, The Spa, The Bix Bistro, or online here.
Gift cards are redeemable at the front desk as well as all outlets of the hotel.
Can I charge purchases from the gift shop to my room?
Yes, all purchases from the gift shop can be paid with gift card, credit card or charged to your room.
Where are the ice machines located?
Ice machines are located on all floors apart from the 9th floor. All suites on the 9th floor have freezers equipped with ice machines.
Where is the location of the club lounge?
Most Autograph Collection hotels do not have a club lounge, in lieu of this amenity daily breakfast is provided for our Platinum, Titanium and Ambassador level guests.
