Valentine’s Weekend Prix Fixe Menu

First Course – Saffron poached lobster drowned tableside in drawn butter. Arugula & frisee greens tossed about in terragon balsamic vinaigrette resting in a parmesan black peppercorn tuille encompassed by halved grape tomatoes

Second Course – Roasted blue point oysters half shell seasoned with roqufort cheese, lavender honey, shallots & lemon zest

Entrée – Smoked veal medallions & fresh prawn above wild mushroom polenta cake drizzled with veal consommé nestled in roasted baby root vegetables

Dessert – Double layered sauvignon in crystal flute partitioned by organic strawberry shavings. Drunken rum strawberry sauvignon & prosecco passion fruit sauvignon. Showcased by a chocolate dipped strawberry.

Valentine’s Pre Fix Menu will be offered at Bix Bistro Friday February 10th thru Tuesday February 14th.
The pre fix menu will be offered in addition to the dinner menu and is optional. $42 per person.
